These GooDisegno glasses Abbey Road 1969 model are made in Italy by Master Craftsman Luca Da Forno, using 50% machinery and 50% manual intervention. More than 20 hours of work are required to create them,  following the steps described below:
• First, the material is selected—cellulose acetate -  a natural product derived from cotton and wood fibers.
• After the material has been seasoned and various gluing operations have been performed, the front is cut and milled, the temples are cut, and the metal frame is inserted.
• The hinges are then secured with pins, which are then cut and re-clinched.
• After the same procedure is followed for inserting the hinge onto the front, the frame is assembled.
• Finally, the frame is tumbling (the frame is placed in a cylinder containing grit, which is gradually replaced with smaller grit until the surface is finished).
• Before the frame is packaged, it is hand brushed with cotton cloth - a procedure that is only applied by Japanese and Italian craftsmen.

Gli occhiali GooDisegno modello Abbey Road 1969  sono realizzati in Italia dal Maestro Artigiano Luca Da Forno con impiego di macchinari al 50% ed al 50 % con interventi manuali. Per la sua produzione questo manufatto richiede più di 20 ore lavorative seguendo le fasi di seguito descritte:
• Prima viene  selezionato il materiale - acetato di cellulosa - prodotto naturale derivante dal cotone e dalle fibre di legno.
• Dopo aver sottoposto il materiale alla stagionatura ed eseguiti vari incollaggi si procede al taglio e fresatura del frontale, taglio delle aste ed inserimento dell'anima in metallo.
• Fissate poi le cerniere con perni, successivamente tagliati e ribattuti.
• Eseguita la stessa procedura per l'inserimento della cerniera sul frontale viene assemblata la montatura.
• Infine si procede alla burattatura (la montatura viene inserita in un cilindro con delle graniglie che  man mano vengono sostituite con i graniglie più piccoli fino alla finitura della superficie).
• Prima che la montatura venga confezionata si effettua una spazzolatura a mano con il tessuto di cotone -  una procedura che si applica solo da artigiani Giapponesi ed Italiani.
